Berlin, March 2025 – We’re excited to share that PLENO has officially joined UAV DACH, the most established and influential unmanned aviation association in Central Europe. This milestone marks a significant step forward in our mission to equip drone and unmanned vehicle manufacturers with the technology to build fully autonomous systems—faster, smarter, and at scale.

What Is UAV DACH?

Founded in 2000, UAV DACH – Verband für unbemannte Luftfahrt (Association for Unmanned Aircraft) is the largest and most active professional UAV association in the DACH region—covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

With a membership base of over 230 organizations, UAV DACH represents a diverse and dynamic ecosystem: from drone manufacturers and UAS operators to service providers, aviation authorities, and research institutions. Notable members include leading names like Airbus UTM, Quantum Systems, Thales, and DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung.

Beyond membership, UAV DACH plays a key role in:

• Shaping EU-wide UAS regulation, collaborating closely with EASA and other governing bodies,
• Establishing industry standards and safety protocols, and

Why PLENO Joined UAV DACH

At PLENO, we’re building Europe’s first autonomous agent platform for drone and unmanned vehicle manufacturers. Our mission is to streamline the entire process of developing autonomous systems—by automating the training, testing, and deployment of AI and robotics algorithms. This platform helps teams reduce development time from months to days, while dramatically improving mission success rates.
